Nils Henning's consultation was excellent, and he responded promptly to any questions. The installation of the solar panels and storage system went quickly and smoothly. However, the installation of the smart meter and the connection appointment were a disaster; I waited almost a year for the activation date. I also wanted to purchase an air conditioner through 1.5, but I never received a quote. Invoices were also due even though everything wasn't finalized.
