On the recommendation of friends, we contacted A&H. Although we only needed a relatively short fence of 13 meters, the company owners provided us with exceptionally friendly and professional advice, first at their offices and then at our property. The equally friendly and cheerful installation team then dismantled the old fence and erected the new one, working efficiently, competently, and meticulously (they even carefully cleaned and coiled the extension cord we provided). I submitted a simple quote request to A&H GbR – without any particular expectations, just a comparative quote. The written rejection was already unusually brief, but what followed was simply outrageous: I was treated in an extremely condescending tone on the phone, simply because I politely inquired about the reason for the rejection. The contact person (the boss) immediately became agitated and refused to allow any normal conversation. Apparently, their policy is: If you ask questions, you're unwelcome. Anyone who values ​​serious, respectful communication and professional advice is definite
