We renovated our 8-year-old patio and had ceramic tiles installed. Marco and Benny did a fantastic job. Very tidy and super friendly. They've already received a follow-up order for 2023 ;-). Top company from Castrop Rauxel. Highly recommended! Unfortunately, they don't respond to any inquiries after that. Hence, one star deduction! As of November 29, 2022. The renovation was in October 2022. Stress or not, customer inquiries should be answered! Very disappointed in retrospect, so I'm correcting the rating!

We can and will wholeheartedly recommend this company! Here, the customer and their wishes are truly the top priority. Every employee we met was incredibly friendly and worked quickly, cleanly, and reliably! From the initial quote and scheduling to the final touches, we always felt exceptionally well taken care of. Following an initial exchange in November 2021, we were assured a completion date of March 2022, which was met to our complete satisfaction. Communication before, during, and after the construction was consistently smooth and very pleasant. A patio (ceramic, permanently installed) with drainage and a privacy fence separating us from the neighbors was built at our house. After some initial difficulties, construction of the patio started three weeks late. AK-Gartengestaltung's communication with clients could be improved (regarding scheduling, extensions, and changes). In our opinion, the construction of the patio and the other work was carried out properly. The only thing that bothers us about the patio is the hollow sound from some of the patio slabs, which AK-Gartengestaltung claims is not a defect. The employees (Marco, Benni,

André and his team did a fantastic job for us! They worked extremely cleanly, neatly, and reliably. Access paths were covered with tarpaulins. During the initial consultation and planning, André had some great ideas for our garden, which were implemented quickly and exactly as discussed. The agreed-upon budget was adhered to! We were completely satisfied with all the work. Not many landscapers can compete with that, so a full 5 stars!
