We hired AEM Projekt for the gutting and demolition of a 100-year-old house, as well as the subsequent earthworks and site preparation for a new building in Großhesselohe. After the gutting of the two-story single-family home with attic and basement was completed in March after approximately three weeks, the house was demolished and the excavation backfilled within another three weeks.
