The toilet, guest toilet, and main drain were all clogged (pipes from the 80s). I called the company in the morning... The technician arrived promptly at noon, was very well equipped with technical tools, and knew exactly what to do. He left everything clean and his expertise and approach were top-notch. I'm deducting one star for the price, which was steep. But everyone has to go somewhere.

I contacted a company called Pohl and specifically asked if they had a branch in my city. (Many employees were pictured on their website, which led me to believe they were reputable.) This was confirmed (which isn't true; Pohl never contacted me again after the job was completed, the technicians didn't know the company, and the legal notice lists a completely different company). Scammers. We wanted to quickly arrange help for our seriously ill mother so she could wash more easily in the guest bathroom. The installation of a new faucet was quoted over the phone at €69 for the parts plus installation. What we got was: a cheap kitchen faucet from a hardware store crammed into the bathroom, the trim pieces no longer fit, the drain plug keeps falling shut because the faucet doesn't have a pull cord, and €530 for one hour of labor. My overwhelmed father initially refused to pay, but the technician demonstratively started dismantling the old faucet. We had to pay IMMEDIATELY

The consultation regarding water softening was very thorough and clearly explained all the technical details. We feel very well informed and completely satisfied with the new system. Top-notch consulting expertise.

We hired the company to service our heat pump and were delighted with their thoroughness. All filters were cleaned and the system was optimally recalibrated. The heat pump now runs much more efficiently.
