I took my car in to have the air conditioning recharged. Of course, I asked beforehand how much it would cost, but in the end, it was 64% more expensive than quoted. I even brought it up and only received evasive answers. On top of that, they told me the condenser was broken and I needed a new one. Well, what can I say? That wasn't the case and it's completely unnecessary. This is unacceptable to me.

I took my company vehicle in for inspection and was told that a lot of work needed to be done and that it wouldn't be done today. I explained that I absolutely needed the car for work the next day, and they went above and beyond to get everything done. I was impressed by this service. My experience with this garage was very negative! The prices for inspections, oil changes, etc., are exorbitant. My girlfriend had an entire taillight replaced when only the bulb holder needed replacing, which would have cost a fraction of the price. They charged an extra €25 plus VAT for the vehicle inspection (HU/AU), even though the inspector comes to the garage themselves, so there are no additional costs.
