This was my first time working with this company for a repair. Their organization was exemplary: friendly, reliable, proactive, and digitally savvy. The analysis was completed very promptly. The repair was carried out within a reasonable timeframe and as agreed. The entire process was excellently planned and transparently documented (detailed quote, work report with photos). The quoted price was in the upper range, but the final invoice was actually lower and, in my opinion, very fair. I can wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who values ​​professional service.

Based on my experience, I can only advise against using the Assmann company. My building inspector already flagged the work on my house in Büchenbacher Feld in November 2022 (the sealing of the roof terrace and the sealing of the window sills were not carried out professionally. According to the expert, there is a risk of rainwater ingress). An appointment to rectify the defect wasn't scheduled until about eight months later! No one showed up for the appointment, and half a day later, the appointment was canceled. I subsequently called the company three more times to arrange a new appointment

Immediately after my inquiry, a site visit was arranged and a quote was provided the same day – something you don't often see these days. The work was also carried out very quickly and professionally, to a high standard. The staff are friendly and competent. I highly recommend Assmann.
