Automotive Workshop Gerlach

It may be that the workmanship there is good. For me, the experience with this company was traumatic. After my car sat on the workshop premises for several weeks without any information about its expected completion date, I was told to pick up the unfinished vehicle immediately because the space on the premises was needed for something else the following day. After I complied, I was yelled at and personally insulted for more than 10 minutes because I arrived a few minutes after opening time due to traffic. I will have the remaining work done elsewhere.

My story is a bit long and, unfortunately, not trustworthy. My car was making strange noises, so I immediately went to the garage (I always went there, and I really miss the old owner). When I arrived, everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, and I felt well taken care of… however, that first impression was deceiving! In short: It took a week and a half for the initial diagnosis. After I asked how long it would take, Mr. Gerlach was no longer very friendly, but rather very assertive and curt… I wasn't concerned with whether I'd get the car back tomorrow or in six weeks. I've had nothing but positive experiences at the Gerlach auto repair shop. I've always received friendly, competent, and, above all, quick help with various problems. Even on short notice or just before closing time, I've always received help, and I got my car back quickly and at a fair price. I can definitely recommend the shop to anyone.
