I called on New Year's Eve at 7:30 pm regarding a heating failure. The technician came on January 2nd and immediately carried out an inspection. The gas heating system was relocated, the fault was found, and it was repaired immediately using original parts. This kind of service isn't something you find everywhere. Absolutely unprofessional approach, fear-mongering instead of expert work. I have rarely experienced such unprofessional conduct. A technician from this company, without any measurements whatsoever (no exhaust gas analysis, no CO reading, no draft test), labeled my gas boiler "scrap" based solely on a brief visual inspection and claimed there was an immediate danger to life. Monday evening at 8 pm, a defect was discovered in the boiler. The fault was located. Since the boiler was a total loss, it was quickly replaced two days later (a public holiday in between). The Bader + Scholz team was very friendly and worked cleanly. The process was straightforward. Craftsmanship as it should be.
