BADmeister Michael Krause

I requested a quote for remodeling my bathroom. I sent the request at the beginning of April 2025. I received a reply stating that the quote would be sent to me at the end of May. I don't understand why it takes almost two months to prepare a quote when all the necessary information is available, but as of today, June 6, 2025, I still haven't received it. Apparently, the company doesn't need to take on any more clients, or perhaps my request wasn't profitable enough. Therefore, only people who want to spend a lot of money should contact this company. Not recommended.

Since I couldn't manage to connect the newly purchased electronic thermostat to my heating system on my own, I called Mr. Krause at his company. The woman on the phone told me they probably had a suitable adapter in stock, and that the connection on the heating system was a different type than I had thought (which is why my own adapter didn't fit). Today I went there in person to see the owner, and he immediately gave me the adapter I needed at a fair price, which is roughly what I would have paid if I had ordered it elsewhere. I was now able to connect the new thermostat, and it fits and work

Our strong desire for a space-saving bathtub from Artweger led us to the company Badmeister Krause. Planning and installing the new bathroom was relatively straightforward, and we are very satisfied with the process. Our only criticism concerns the lighting installation. Unfortunately, there was and still is no wiring diagram or detailed information from the manufacturer, and the brightness of the recessed lights is insufficient. We would have appreciated a bit more cooperation regarding the replacement of these rather expensive and inadequate light fixtures.

I have a loft apartment in Heidenau and have occasionally had spontaneous problems with my water heater and heating pipes. The company Badmeister Krause always responded immediately and resolved the issues. Unfortunately, this is far too rare these days, so I give them five stars for their prompt, friendly, and courteous service. I highly recommend them. Jörg Noll

BADmeister Krause was recommended to us, so we contacted him. Mr. Krause came to our bathroom to take measurements and discuss our requirements. He then provided us with a quote. After discussing some details, we finalized the contract.
