This morning (29.02.2024) I called the company and asked if we could speak English or Turkish if possible. I saw in their brochure that there is someone who speaks Turkish before calling. It was shocking to me that the person on the phone said no and suddenly hung up without saying anything. I was just expecting a nicer way of answer before hanging up. Revised answer: There was a misunderstanding and it was resolved after a call from the Badstudio. Thank you for clarification.

After 36 years, it was finally time for a new bathroom, one that was also age-appropriate. After comparing several options and doing some research online, I decided on a partial renovation with the Maslinski bathroom studio. The consultation and planning with the lovely Ms. Gökalp was so enjoyable that I always left the studio feeling extremely satisfied. I especially appreciated that I had a fixed price at the end, which allowed me to plan accordingly, and that everything was organized by one company. We had our bathroom partially renovated. The bathtub and shower were removed, and a larger shower was installed. The workers were punctual, friendly, and did an excellent job. Everything was finished in six days. We are completely satisfied with the entire service.
