Andreas Melchers and his team renovated part of our restaurant at the end of last year. They installed a drywall partition, plastered the walls, and laid a new floor in the entrance area—we are more than satisfied with all the work! The team was also very accommodating to our spontaneous ideas; nothing was impossible! ;-) We would especially like to emphasize their exceptional professionalism! The guys worked quickly and cleanly. Right from the start, all walkways were covered with drop cloths to prevent spreading dirt. Melchers completed three projects for me. The work was carried out reliably and professionally. The employees are friendly and tidy. After completion, the only sign that work has been done is in the finished product. The construction site is always left clean and tidy. I would always choose them.

After the initial contact, I was told to send an email because the boss was on vacation. I received no reply to the email. After one to two weeks, I called again and was given an appointment for a site visit. The appointment was canceled at short notice with the promise that they would get back to me. Unfortunately, I never received a call. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, I was repeatedly told that they were at the construction site and would contact me that same day, but to this day, nothing has come of it. Extremely unreliable and unprofessional. A complete waste of time.
