Obviously, that's not my real name. I repeatedly requested rectification, which you refused. It has now been fixed by someone else.

The renovation of our small bathroom was a few years ago. The consultation was excellent, and our wishes were implemented perfectly. It was especially important to us that we didn't have to worry about the logistics of the work. Everything went smoothly and was completed within the promised four weeks. A replacement toilet seat for a broken one was delivered free of charge within the warranty period. We are completely satisfied.

About two years ago, the Behrens company completely renovated our bathroom. Working with them was a very pleasant experience. The owner, the interior design consultant, and all the tradespeople were highly competent and helpful. All the work was coordinated seamlessly and completed to a high standard. The schedule was largely adhered to. A warranty claim (a defective shower thermostat) prompted me to write this review today. Mr. Behrens immediately addressed the complaint and offered a solution.

Highly competent advice and excellent organization of a partial bathroom renovation during my absence (one week). A minor issue: accessibility is limited to email or the landline phone in the office or showroom. A mobile phone is not available for consultation. The final bill was 20% higher than the initial estimate. However, given the high-quality workmanship and adherence to the timeframe, I can accept this. Recommended.
