Installation and assembly service only conditionally recommended We removed our old living room tiles ourselves. Berthold was contracted to sand and level the living room floor, as well as to lay parquet flooring. In the hallway, they were to apply polished concrete (exposed concrete) over the existing tiles. The work date was confirmed again two weeks in advance. However, no one showed up on the agreed day, and we were informed by phone that it would be postponed by a week – unacceptable to us.
