Positive: The employees on the phone and in person are generally very polite, helpful, and understanding. (Congratulations, you deserve a partially justified second star.) However, when I take my car in for repairs, don't hear anything for a week, and only find out after asking that the parts haven't been delivered yet, I feel completely ripped off. If zero stars were possible… My car has been at Boya since mid-September. Communication from Boya: nonexistent. Communication between the insurance company, Riparo, and Boya: a complete disaster. Communication with the customer, who has been waiting for his vehicle for over two months: nonexistent. The repair hasn't even started. It's always just excuses, everyone passing the buck, and the customer is left holding the bag. The worst company ever, and they'll never see me again. I'm switching insurance companies too. Boya: Utterly incompetent, but perfectly at it down to the last detail.

I brought back a little souvenir from my vacation: a scratch (probably from a key). Boya repaired it very well, quickly, and affordably. In other words: drop it off Tuesday evening and pick it up again Thursday around noon. The service, from scheduling the appointment to dropping off the car and the finished paint job – everything was top-notch ;-) The price for the fast and excellent service was also very reasonable.
