One of the worst garages I've ever experienced. On the phone, they interrupt you mid-sentence and rudely tell you to send an email. But why, when I'm already on the phone? They need a VIN to replace the clutch and clutch master cylinder? Interesting. But I would have preferred to get that information quickly and easily over the phone. Unfortunately, it seems they either have a full order book or they simply don't want to deal with certain makes. I will definitely not be taking my car here. Unfortunately, it's very expensive. All the parts cost three times as much as online, and they quoted a lot of time for very little work. Changing brakes takes 20 minutes including a coffee break, and for that it costs €120 plus parts? Well, there are certainly worse places.

A marten had bitten through a small hose on my car. The workshop quickly helped me and replaced the hose. Thanks for the quick help!

Great garage and a very nice owner. I took my car there to have it checked to see if it was still worth getting it inspected (TÜV), and I received excellent advice. The car was quickly checked, and Mr. Hoffmann didn't even charge me. I will definitely use this garage for my next car. It's great that there are such honest garages that don't carry out unnecessary or uneconomical repairs. Thank you so much!

Really good workshop. Very pleasant and friendly order acceptance. On the day of the repair, the owner accepted the order, and they briefly discussed what was being done. After the repair was completed, there was a brief handover meeting with information about possible future repairs. Pricing was absolutely transparent and fair. I'll definitely be back.
