Overall good experience. Had a crack on the windshield from a stone on the autobahn. Brought the car in at 8am and got it back around 5:30pm. Friendly staff, constantly trying to sell you something. It’s possible to get a car or electric bicycle for the day, but you have to book it in advance.

Had to go there because of my car-insurance to fix a little scratch. Easy to get an appointment through the internet site. Once there, didn't wait long to be served. The lady at the reception was nice, the guy doing the repair explained me what he was going to do in details. After that, in 30 mins my car was ready and the scratch fixed. Nice and smooth experience.

It's the second time I come, the first appointment they told me that they didn't have all the parts to change the front glass. I waited one more week with the most broken glass, after having the appointment at 8:00 am, 3 hours later they tell me again that all the parts for installation still have not arrived. Very bad management, on the part of carglass. The staff gets rid of the problem quickly. Don't bring your cars here or you'll lose something.

My insurance company sent me here for a windshield replacement. The work was done, BUT the car interior was damaged and I was not told about it. I came to pick up my car at evening, and did not see it in darkness. But there is no way the worker could not notice a VERY VISIBLE thing. You must at least notify customer about your own failure, silently returning the car hoping I will not notice is a shame.

Absolutely professional service and friendly staff. My car was fixed quickly, no issues at all. It would be nice if personal can handle st least basic English, Munich is international city.
