We are almost new to Germany and we are a couple who can't speak enough German yet. Therefore the biggest uncertainty for us was the notary step while purchasing our first house here. On the advice of a friend, we decided to work with Mr. Dietrich to handle notarial matters. Although we went there with a reference of a friend, we honestly didn't think the process would be that much pleasant, friendly and easy.
