From the initial impression from the website (price list!!) to the final completion of the repair, everything was absolutely positive. Everything possible was done to save the old drive motor, and no new system was sold. The suggestion to have the motor rewound showed me that they are experts in their field. Anything they can't do themselves is delegated. The staff were polite and pleasant at all appointments. The invoice accurately reflects the hours worked, and there are no unnecessary charges. We've been City Tore customers since 2016 and now we have to leave a positive review. City Tore has fixed shoddy work done by others and always given us excellent advice. Sorry, but I cannot recommend this company. First appointment: no technician showed up at the scheduled time. Only after I called back did they reply, "Oh, the technician didn't cancel," was the response. I had to take a day off work. Second appointment at 8:00 a few days later: right at 8:00, I received a call saying they would arrive at 9:00. Finally, one technician showed up, stood around doing nothing, and the second one solved the problem. The job wasn't completed. The cover for the roller door is still lying in the garage.
