One star goes to the Clean Energie representative, who did an excellent job. He convinced us to choose the €35,000 hydrobag system over the €5,000 cheaper conventional system. After a year and a quarter of shoddy workmanship, incompetence, missing installation components, and numerous deadlines, including one set by a lawyer, the system was finally replaced with a conventional heat pump. This one then started working after only three months. So now, after just 1.5 years, we seemingly have a functioning heat pump. We received a heat pump on August 25th. I have to say the installation was excellent. The installers, Peter and Alli, were very competent, clean, and friendly. The system is running perfectly. The entire process was great; I have nothing but good things to say. We would also like to thank the company FN from Varrel, who disposed of our oil tanks. I've never experienced such a clean job – simply superb. Actually, I wouldn't have given any stars at all, but the solar panels worked perfectly. However, the heat pump... sorry. First, numerous appointments were canceled, wasting several vacation days, and then the workers arrived who couldn't speak a word of German. Even after installation, there was no introduction or consultation, and no information on where to get the app. But the kicker is, they made a lot of promises that they would take care of everything, and then nothing happened.
