Unfortunately, the Klein company completely let me down. The roller blind on my skylight (also from Klein) had torn. We had discussed a complete replacement, including the frame and motor. I spoke on the phone countless times and sent numerous emails; they solemnly promised to send a quote, but unfortunately, nothing ever arrived.

Absolutely satisfied with the work done! The staff were incredibly friendly and the overall result is truly impressive. Thanks again, Mr. Klein! I will definitely recommend you.

I absolutely cannot agree with any of the negative reviews. The prices are perfectly normal, definitely not overpriced, and the service is excellent! Incredibly friendly and personable; we will definitely be contacting you more often in the future!
