After the sales consultation, communication with the company Das Solarstromhaus was very difficult. There was absolutely no oversight of the subcontractors they hired. Deadlines were not met. Five and a half months passed between the order being placed and completion. Damage caused by the roofing contractor was not repaired, despite repeated reminders. Neither Das Solarstromhaus nor the roofing company even bothered to return the call. Customer service was abysmal.

After a bad experience with another company, which then went bankrupt, I was left wondering if my solar panel installation would ever be completed. Finding someone else seemed nearly impossible.
