The tow truck brought my car to this garage and parked it in front of the door. On Monday morning at 8:00 AM, I immediately called to clarify the problem. However, the person on the phone was very rude to me. When I arrived at the garage in person at 8:30, the employee spoke to me very rudely and claimed I had blocked the door, even though that wasn't my fault.
