I got a last-minute appointment to have my rear bumper painted. The bumper wasn't yet mounted, and I was going to do the installation myself. I had also contacted other paint shops beforehand. Their prices were all roughly the same, but at "Die Lackmeisterei" (The Paint Masters), unlike the others, they didn't just ask for the paint code. They came to the car and held up various paint samples to minimize differences. They provided friendly advice before and after the painting. The finished paint job is fantastic.

Because of a deep dent in the passenger door (approx. €1700), which wasn't my fault, I went to this garage. The owner and staff are extremely friendly and helpful. No hidden costs, a loaner car was no problem, so apart from a few emails and phone calls, I really didn't have to worry about a thing. The car was ready within three days and completely cleaned – and the highlight for me was that they even vacuumed the inside!
