After facing a faulty starter on an 1100 GS and receiving an outrageous quote from BMW, I reached out to Thomas and got an honest price from an honest guy. He was incredibly accomodating given my situation and put me in for the next day(unheard of in Germany) and even hooked me up with a replacement for the day so I wouldn't be stranded with the train!! He even set the time on the bike right... Above and beyond.

I would just like to say what an amazing experience I had with the guys here I was on the way to the elefant when my r80 with a sidecar experienced problems cutting out I managed to get it there just before it opened and when they arrived I explained to them what was happening 45 minutes later they had the bike apart trying to see what was wrong 2hours later they knew what was wrong and got yo fixing it as they knew I wanted to get to the rally I really appreciate all the effort they did here very professional these guys really enjoy the work they even fed me with cakes and coffee and the best

This was the third time I've used the truly excellent service at this BMW workshop for my bike. The last service and repair unfortunately involved my R100R gearbox, but the work was thoroughly documented with photos and clearly explained. The bike was repaired with great care, and small parts were replaced on the spot after consultation because they were unsightly or damaged. Even the carburetors were quickly and thoroughly readjusted free of charge, as they had been noticed during the test ride. The subsequent complimentary wash was, of course, also excellent. I'm absolutely thrilled and will
