We had the heating system and a bathroom renovated in our multi-family building. Besides the fact that Doliwa is only about 500 meters from our property, they also gave us a very good offer, and their quote for the heating system was about €20,000 lower than the competition. The heating system involved replacing a gas boiler and night storage heaters with a modern heat pump. Lucas Michler provided excellent advice and oversaw the installation. Doliwa GmbH is absolutely impossible. They installed a heat pump in our apartment in Bochum-Langendreer on behalf of our housing association (VBW Bochum) – and it went completely wrong. We were informed at extremely short notice, and without any prior warning, the heating was simply switched off.
