After 20 years or so the old instantaneous water heater was done. I think the same company had installed the original all that time ago. This company provided a quote within one day and within three business days the new water heater (DHB-E18/21/24 LCD; 460 EUR + MwSt) was installed and running perfectly (during COVID pandemic). Of course it costs a bit more than ordering the equipment online and finding a cheapo sparky to install it for you, but this way I know if something goes wrong, they are just round the corner and will be able to provide support. I moved here a year ago. The house is close to my home. Today I went to the store for a lightbulb for the oven. Otherwise, I've been there for various things. From my first visit, I had the feeling that they listen, address customer needs, and take their time. The atmosphere is also very pleasant. The old adage "the customer is king" still applies here. A real rarity these days. Highly recommended!!!

This is a very well-organized little shop with its own electrical workshop. From sales to new installations and service, you receive excellent care and advice. However, they don't have many parking spaces and, due to their size, the showroom doesn't offer a huge selection. But they more than make up for this with their expertise. In my experience, both the owner and the senior electrician have always managed to find a solution.
