We had Elektro Sever GmbH install a smart meter (which we purchased ourselves) for our Anker Solix 3 Pro balcony solar power system. Communication beforehand via email was brief, clear, and straightforward; everything was resolved quickly. The technician on site was very friendly, clearly competent, and worked very cleanly. The installation was quick and professional, including all necessary documentation. Overall, we are very satisfied with the process and the result and would recommend Elektro Sever GmbH without hesitation.

Unfortunately, things have gone completely wrong. We wanted an overview of the cables, sockets, and switches in our house so we could get a quote for replacing the old and partially dilapidated electrical wiring. Two employees came in the fall of 2024. Drawings were made. We received and paid the invoice for this service. However, we never received the documentation. Almost a year later (after months of stalling by the company), the documentation was finally made again by one of their employees and promptly given to us. In short: Christian (Kiki) and Tore are employees who are truly dedicated to their work. My heating system was broken (with electrical components). It quickly became clear that it wasn't an electrician's problem, but a plumbing one. But that didn't matter to Kiki and Tore: They knew it was winter and what that meant for me. They came by several times and took care of it as if it were their own heating system. Where do you find tradespeople like that these days? Leaving a positive review is the least I can do. Relocation of the main power supply from rooftop to underground. During this work, the two employees, Lichtenberger and Yilmaz, also discovered damaged connections in the distribution box, which posed an extreme fire hazard. These connections were repaired as part of the main power supply work. I am very impressed with Elektrosever. Highly recommended!

Unprofessional, unreliable, and completely disorganized! The dishwasher that was installed was completely loose again after a week. Then parts had to be ordered for the next appointment. At the new appointment, a different electrician showed up who knew nothing about the ordered parts, had nothing with him, and had no idea why he was there. I was told to wait for a call, but nothing came. After a week of waiting, when I inquired, I was told: "Oh, we forgot to call you back."
