It's not easy to describe this whole complex topic, but I'll start like this: I'm currently renovating my parents' house, built in 1962 – a complete overhaul with all the bells and whistles. Great service. Mr. Knipps came to my appointment ahead of schedule. After some initial difficulties, he quickly identified the problem with my help. He is a very competent and friendly employee.

Lischer installed a wallbox in my garage and a control cabinet in my basement. A detailed quote was provided by Mr. Bolton, and the installation was carried out by Mr. Knipps and his colleagues. From scheduling appointments to the quote, installation, and instruction, the work was consistently friendly, professional, and clean. I can only express my sincere thanks to the entire team!

The on-site technicians were friendly and reliable; no complaints. However, the office and the telephone appointment scheduling were unfortunately unprofessional: calls were transferred and then disconnected, vague information was given when they called back, and a condescending tone was used when inquiring about a missed appointment. It's a shame, because the technicians' work itself was very good.
