After purchasing a property, I learned that Endo-Haus had performed the last service on our gas boiler. Thankfully, I chose a different company for the current service, because it seems Endo-Haus only did half the work during the last service, and consequently, a lot of parts were now defective and needed replacing. This was perfectly illustrated by the two different colored sealing rings, which are normally a single color in the set. It appears that the combustion chamber was only superficially cleaned from the top instead of being completely disassembled – which, of course, takes longer. Unf

I would like to sincerely thank Endo-Haus, and in particular the installers Bulla and Krenz. After our hot water tank began leaking during the frost that evening, flooding our basement, Mr. Bulla, on the emergency service, helped me stop the leaking water immediately by giving me instructions over the phone. A replacement tank was ordered that same evening and installed the next day (Friday). Excellent!

The replacement of a standard-quality basin mixer and shower mixer cost over €500, which took 1.5 hours of work and a 10-minute travel time. When asked, the excuse was "warranty" and "we all have to make money." Otherwise, the staff was easy to reach and friendly.
