Worst company ever!!! As has been mentioned so many times, this company needs a lot of effort to find a problem. But I think the real problem is the company itself, or rather, the technicians. Quite often, one technician didn't know what the previous one had been doing. Not very professional. This is very difficult for working people, as appointments are not kept and the technician arrives 35 minutes late. Update: The company completely ignores appointments... No one showed up during the specified time window of 9-11 am. When I inquired, there wasn't even an apology. Absolutely outrageous!

You have to call and email this company three times just to get a quote. We waited three months for the quote, despite all the calls and emails. And if you don't proceed, another seven months later you receive an invoice for services that, in my opinion, were not agreed upon.

Many thanks to Ms. Brandl for the excellent and competent advice. We felt completely at ease and are very grateful for the time Ms. Brandl took to address our specific requests. We would definitely choose Pertler for our bathroom renovation again.

Both the office services (order acceptance/appointment scheduling, invoicing) and the repair work itself by the tradesman were impressive.
