I strongly recommend clarifying all questions before canceling. Unfortunately, you won't receive any further information after cancellation, not even general inquiries. This is alarming, considering that the accounting doesn't simply end immediately, but rather that retrospective questions can arise months later. The software itself fulfills its purpose, but the human interaction is abysmal – and the software can't compensate for that.

I highly recommend working with Eshop Guide. I particularly liked the structure they use to approach their projects. Everyone involved was always clear about what, who, and when things were to be done, and the weekly meetings gave me a good sense of control over what was going on. A special shout-out goes to Felix, my project manager at Eshop Guide. He's a cool and competent guy who made working with them fun and productive at the same time. I'd love to work with him again :)
