The biggest disappointment of my life, since I'm not just reviewing a restaurant, but a life's work. From disastrous architect's plans to a completely incompetent site manager, it was all there. It started with a construction site that looked like a garbage dump, which the neighbors complained about even before we moved in. Then came water damage a month after we moved in. A stinking ventilation system because the siphon was forgotten. The foundation waterproofing wasn't installed properly, as another reviewer also pointed out. We built our house with Euro Massiv Bau two years ago and were more than satisfied. The quality is fantastic, communication with our site manager, Mr. Huch, was always excellent, and promises were kept. If anything minor went wrong, the problems were resolved calmly and efficiently.
