I can absolutely recommend Ms. Kempke. She assisted me very competently and successfully in my social security case three years ago. I had an appointment with her. When I arrived at her office, she told me she was fully booked. Why would someone say yes on the phone and then change their mind in person? The woman seems completely disorganized and lost. Ten minutes before the hearing was due to begin, Ms. Kempke faxed the judge a sick note. She didn't show up but still collected the money. She's already known for this kind of unprofessional behavior. The judge was furious. So were we, of course.

I chose Ms. Kempke because of her good recommendations. She is indeed very personable, but she falls short in every other aspect. First, I should have found it odd that the initial consultation took place at 8 p.m. in a back room of a doctor's office. Furthermore, I wasn't the last appointment. In retrospect, it turns out that she gave me poor advice. I should have filed a criminal complaint (for trespassing), not just a report. Ms. Kempke didn't respond even once to my emails or requests for a callback. The secretary (who only answers by phone) kept telling me that this was normal and that

Unfortunately, they're unreliable. I called several times. Each time, I was told someone would call me back, but nothing happened. I don't need such unreliable service. There are other legal options available. I should have trusted the reviews.
