I specifically inquired beforehand about the firm's cost coverage. We were assured that our legal expenses insurance would cover the consultation costs. Then, to my unpleasant surprise, I received an invoice with the maximum fee for consultation, expert opinions, and mediation (Section 34, Paragraph 1, Sentence 2 of the German Lawyers' Constitution Act). I also found the lawyer incompetent. I cannot recommend the firm and will steer clear.
