I had a telephone inquiry regarding a repair to my motorcycle. I was treated rudely and told that there was no time for a repair and troubleshooting. But there are other friendly and helpful workshops that I have found to my complete satisfaction.I remind you of your words Mr. Rauh. I simply treat customers as I would like to be treated myself. You're just going round in circles. It's not a Chinese brand, etc. You can really take the truth.

Absolutely great service and workshop - I booked a rear tyre change in advance for a trip travelling from UK. Good English which was a big relief for me not speaking much German and the exact tyre I needed was ordered correctly, fitted quickly and to a high standard. Would recommend to any biker who needs work doing in the area - You can tell from looking at the shop / website and race bikes on display that this is a top notch place!

Delivery of the new parts took forever, but I guess it's not the shop's fault. However the repair of 2 parts took a while, and exceeded my expectation of how much i have to pay, I guess bikes need time to get repaired, even if it was one part. Got a gift after I paid big amount, was nice. I'd recommend to go here if you are having a problem with your bike, doesn't matter which problem, he will fix it all.
