A highly competent company with friendly and courteous employees, whether on the phone or on-site. Unlike other "competitors" (who wanted to sell us a new door without even seeing it), Fenotherm had no problem repairing our patio doors, which were over 45 years old, and completed the repair quickly and at a fair price. Negligent, concentrated incompetence! It took five appointments to carry out simple maintenance work because something was always forgotten or packed incorrectly! On-site, they were sometimes simply too lazy to perform agreed-upon tasks ("Yeah, the lubricant's in the van now, I'm not going back down for that"). Doors were damaged, but no liability or responsibility was accepted for the damage. Only half of the agreed-upon work was completed, but honestly, after the fifth appointment, I'd had enough and just accepted it. The absolute worst part, however, was that I was locked in the bathroom
