Two very nice young employees arrived and quickly identified the problem with my balcony door after inspecting it. They told me the repair could be done immediately and gave me a price quote (I was initially quite shocked by the price). I agreed to the repair; what choice did I have? The two worked very efficiently and together, so the job was completed professionally in no time. I would like to thank them again for the excellent service. Disaster! They advertise "fast" service and repairs within 24 hours on their website... We were offered an appointment in a week (!!!) for an open patio door that wouldn't close.
