If it were possible, we would give even more stars!!! The following problem arose, which is why we contacted Conrad: A defective and warped roller blind with a torn cord (it snapped with a loud bang during the night). The service was excellent. The staff were friendly and empathetic and did a very good job. Problems that only arose unexpectedly on-site were quickly identified and completely resolved to our satisfaction. The very fast turnaround deserves special mention: After the measurements and initial site visit, we had originally expected the installation to be completed next year. Howe

We had a problem with the motor of the roller shutters on our living room windows. Mr. Conrad arranged an appointment at short notice, and the two employees were very punctual and friendly. Over the years, we've had eight windows replaced by Conrad. The company is very reliable, and the employees work cleanly and meticulously! We've never had any complaints. Estimates were provided promptly, and the consultation was excellent. I can definitely recommend them. 😀

Top company, fair prices, and even more importantly: excellent workmanship! (The latter is sadly rare these days). We had our large roller shutters on the patio installed in 2024, and then recently, in November 2025, the roller shutters in the living room. Everything went perfectly, it didn't take long, and the price was absolutely reasonable for the quality work. 👍

We urgently needed the installation of two roller shutter motors. Mr. Conrad arranged this at short notice. The installer was friendly and very competent, and had all the necessary materials with him. The work was completed cleanly, quickly, and to our great satisfaction.
