I called and asked in German if anyone spoke English. My reply was non-verbal: they hung up on me. A simple “Nein” would have sufficed. I cannot review the quality of their work, but I can give their customer courtesy one star.

I am owning a flat which is being let to students located in Burgstallstrasse in Stuttgart Heslach. The sanitary installations needed significant renovation and replacement. FMS took charge of all of them. Most recently the shower leaked and water went into the masonry even affecting the flat below. What was meant as a small repair ended up to be a full blown renovation of the whole bathroom replacing most of the hardware. Unfortunately, we had poor water quality readings in our apartment building. Thanks to the work that was carried out, the problems were resolved more quickly than expected. The advice given regarding water usage was helpful and new to some tenants. It was very encouraging that the second follow-up test showed no abnormalities. Now we hope that all tenants will adhere to the recommendations.

I dropped my perfume bottle into the sink. It cracked a lot... The installer came over and showed me what shapes and sizes he could fit. He then drove off, got the parts, and came back and replaced it right away. The replacement was done cleanly, quickly, and neatly – the new one even looks better than the old sink.

We have a maintenance contract for our individual gas heaters in our apartment. Every year in October, we receive a call from the friendly office staff, and then we schedule an appointment. We've never had any problems so far; appointments are kept, and the price is reasonable.
