Since the house we moved into had a garden that resembled a mix of gravel and concrete, and I quickly reached the limits of my abilities (even Richter said so), I contacted Mr. Trzebiatowski, as he had been recommended to us by several acquaintances. Initial contact was friendly and the staff seemed interested, especially since we live in Monheim. We wanted to completely renovate our garden, including laying a new lawn, setting lawn edges, creating a natural stone path, etc. We arranged to meet this Friday at 2 p.m. However, no one showed up. There was no cancellation, no rescheduling, and no one was reachable. Therefore, unfortunately, I have to give one star for their unreliable service. I cannot comment on the quality of the work itself.

FT Gartenbau has already completed several projects for us. Whether it was a patio, basement insulation, or a new fence. The employees were always very reliable and even had patience with our two-year-old's questions and always had a friendly smile for us and the children. They work diligently and arrive on time, just as agreed, and they always adhere to the cost estimate. Which, unfortunately, is no longer a given everywhere these days. We are already planning the next projects around the house and will be happy to bring FT on board again!

Anyone can be pretty... But reliable, friendly, and personable, with competent solutions for completely unexpected problems. That's something truly special. Resolving sewer pipe problems is usually a thankless task, but thanks to the company "FT," it turned out to be a positive experience for us at the end of the day.
