Unfortunately, I had to call the company's emergency service on December 25, 2024! Of course, it cost money! But he was quite helpful, although he couldn't do much at that time! He wasn't familiar with my system! He's also in contact with my regular company, but they didn't have anyone there at that time either! (It was the holidays.) I hope he helps quickly, as always! 😀 By the way, I'm really unlucky at the moment, as I was burgled on December 23rd and now my heating system is broken 🙈 So, I can only say 👍 to Mr. Garbade.

Unfortunately, I have to agree with the previous reviewers! We too were treated terribly and misled, receiving a €3,000 bill for services that weren't rendered. Our lawyer is already on it! Warning! Make sure you get a written price quote beforehand! The owner (a friendly older gentleman) told us the daily rate would be around €600. The plumbers were only there for two days, and now we've received a hefty €3,000 bill, and the work wasn't even completed! My experience with this company was entirely positive. The technician was polite and competent. A component on the toilet cistern was replaced with a universal part, allowing the problem to be resolved in a single appointment. The billing was, in my opinion, transparent and fair.

Unfortunately, we frequently have problems with our heating/gas boiler. Since this unit also heats the water, a breakdown not only leaves the heating cold, but also results in cold showers. Regardless of the fact that the company also services the heating system, the staff in the office and on-site were friendly and helpful. They were understanding and, despite their full order book and emergency list, I was able to get an appointment at short notice.
