We've been using the system for 1.5 years now and are very satisfied. There are always a few minor glitches. However, when we have a complaint, someone with expertise takes care of it seriously, not just some call center. I was very surprised when I came across the Gastronovi booth at a trade fair in Düsseldorf this week. The employee even knew the support staff of the Swiss distributor by name and gave us excellent advice. I'm a big fan of Gastronovi – including Tap to Pay. I'm not using all the modules yet, but what I do use works well and is perfectly suited to restaurant processes. What I particularly like is the ease of adding short-term licenses when I have more service staff, the mobile devices with Tap to Pay, and the very helpful support. We are absolutely thrilled with Gastronovi. The system is incredibly versatile and offers a wealth of features that meet our diverse needs at all times. We currently use three terminals in different configurations – everything runs smoothly and reliably.
