Gas boiler maintenance in Beuel last Monday at 10:00 AM was postponed at very short notice due to an emergency – these things happen. However, the fact that the agreed-upon rescheduled appointment on Wednesday at 10:00 AM was then postponed by the company by 90 minutes without any notification (!) was unacceptable. We have better things to do than sit around for 1.5 hours! The technician stated that the service dispatcher had sent him to a service call outside of Bonn-Duisdorf at the agreed-upon time, and that with his workload, he didn't have time to inform a series of customers about delay

I can't say anything directly about the services and performance of Gerwing Söhne. However, if the service is provided by the same employees who were sitting in the company car ending in "1050" today, then patience and certainly friendliness are unlikely to be expected. When driving through a 30 km/h zone behind two other vehicles, tailgating the last one is pointless. And at a yield sign at an intersection, it's equally pointless for the gentlemen in the red van to honk at the cars in front of them – if the road isn't clear, it's not clear.

The replacement of our heating system was quick and hassle-free. The system ran flawlessly from day one and was configured exactly as we requested. The entire process, including dismantling the old system, took three days, with only one day of downtime due to the new installation. The chimney sweep praised the system during the inspection, highlighting the perfect insulation and installation (see photo). I can wholeheartedly recommend Gerwing and their competent team!

I contacted Gerwing on a recommendation for a bathroom renovation. I can wholeheartedly recommend Gerwing for both the quote preparation and the consultation. What's particularly noteworthy is the highly professional quote process; the costs are presented and explained transparently. Ultimately, I decided to go a different route because more work needed to be done on the property than originally planned. To avoid multiple individual contracts and trades and the associated coordination, I've now hired a general contractor. However, if my goals change, I would contact Gerwing again.
