I came here hoping to recover some data from an old hard drive. The staff was incredibly friendly and clearly explained the process and costs, allowing me to weigh the cost-benefit ratio. That was incredibly fast help when things got completely ruined! Dust inside my desktop computer caused a fatal short circuit. The diagnosis was quickly made. Everything was destroyed, from the high-end motherboard and processor to the equally expensive graphics card. Thanks to Giesecke IT, high-quality replacements were quickly sourced, the computer was cleaned, and everything was back up and running in just a few days. A Windows update had corrupted my data. When I called, they first tried to help me over the phone. Since that didn't work, I took my laptop to the store. I received excellent advice, they attempted to recover the data, and reinstalled my programs. The pricing was very fair; since the data recovery didn't work, I only had to pay a small fee for the reinstallation. Next time I have a problem, I'll go straight there. And not a single complaint about not having a backup ;-)
