After my shower enclosures were installed, a crack appeared in one of the tiles during installation, and Dönges Sobek simply cited the warranty, stating they weren't liable. While this is understandable to a certain extent, I believe that when you spend so much money and damage occurs as a result of their work, they could at least try to find a solution together instead of simply saying, "Yes, these things happen, we're not liable, sorry." I'm disappointed that instead of having a finished shower, I now have another problem to deal with. I will definitely never use Dönges Sobek again!

When I inquired about replacing a specific thermal glass pane, an employee asked for further details via email, as I was supplying the new pane from the previous manufacturer with the same specifications. Afterward, a female employee stated that they lacked the capacity to fulfill the order. Later, the owner, H. Dönges, called and explained that they do not install customer-supplied glass panes. Couldn't they have mentioned that in the initial phone call?
