We ordered a shower enclosure from Glas Stebani. Our initial contact was positive, and we were very pleased to find a glazier who also offered framed showers, even though the price was considerably higher. We then received an initial quote, but we had some questions regarding the calculated dimensions. At that time, the sales manager was away for three weeks. During those three weeks, we were constantly put on hold by different employees, and ultimately, no one could provide any qualified information about the shower enclosure. Follow-up to the company's response: So, if the delay was due to the insurance company and the order time for the new windshield, why wasn't I informed by phone? You insist on direct contact, yet you don't even bother to do it yourselves! And now to claim my son is at fault is outrageous! He offered to help, but the employee politely declined. He went back upstairs from the basement. He didn't lend a hand, wasn't paying attention, and didn't notice anything. There were small shards of glass embedded in the two cracks. After our windshield was damaged, we contacted the company and scheduled an appointment for measurements. No problems. Unfortunately, the installation was delayed due to delivery issues, but they contacted me immediately and we arranged a new appointment, which went perfectly. The installation took place yesterday. Everything was excellent. Clean, punctual, and professional.

Addendum to Glas Stebani's response: Please take a look at your emails from October 9, 2023. I contacted your employee, Mr. L., by email and spoke with him on the phone beforehand. He also confirmed to me when I visited your premises a few weeks later that he had received my email with the shower enclosure dimensions.
