Contacting them and the work itself was completely straightforward, they were helpful, and the staff were incredibly friendly. Very disappointing. Ultimately, the renovation of a small bathroom and a guest toilet took a full three months. The interim invoices arrived reliably – unlike the actual completion of the work. Even weeks after the supposed completion of the work, not everything is working: The hot and cold water connections on the Grohe faucet are reversed, the water flow on the high-quality Steinberg faucet cannot be regulated, and a drain is leaking. The faulty connections have since been corrected – but this required opening the entire back wall again.

Unprofessional workmanship and poor coordination The work on the underfloor heating was shoddy: sloppy milling, damaged screed, and the floor was subsequently unsuitable for covering. On the upper and attic floors, existing carpet adhesive residue was not removed, even though this would have been possible.
