I've been a customer of Grossmann several times for maintenance, MOT/emissions testing, and full vehicle inspections after importing classic cars. All work is carried out professionally and discussed with the customer beforehand. The workshop also makes a very professional impression in terms of cleanliness and organization. I'd go back anytime!

Excellent workshop, especially the expertise and service speak for themselves. Mr. Großmann took plenty of time to answer all my questions and also provided valuable tips on vehicle care and maintenance. All work was carried out promptly and transparently.

Very competent, but he doesn't stick to agreements and agreed-upon prices. We agreed on a fixed price of €400 over the phone, and when the car was finished, he said that VAT would now be added and that he always quotes net prices. He never mentioned this in our conversation beforehand, and it was never an issue since, as a private individual, I'm always quoted prices including VAT. The final bill was €476 instead of the agreed-upon €400. During the phone call, he simply hung up, and that was the end of it for him.
