I recently had my bathroom and guest toilet completely renovated by the Hafner company and I am absolutely thrilled with the result. The work, which took several weeks, went smoothly. The employees are all very dedicated and, above all, competent. Even as a layperson, you are involved in the work processes and each step is explained to you as needed. Decisions concerning the bathroom's aesthetics—from the tile layout to the height of the sinks/vanities, etc.—can and should be made by you, but you are not left to make them alone. Very disappointing, as access to the shop on Johannisstrasse was not possible despite the opening hours, and this was only communicated by a note on the inside of the door. I could have saved myself the trip if I had known that consultations were by appointment only and that spare parts had to be pre-ordered online. It seems that Hafner no longer has any interest in walk-in customers or sales. Very disappointing, this is not what customer service should be like!

We had our two bathrooms renovated in 2024 and were very satisfied with the work done by Hafner. From the initial consultation to the completion of our bathrooms, everything went perfectly. The team was always punctual, professional, and very friendly. The work was carried out with great craftsmanship and innovative ideas. We were particularly impressed by the cleanliness of the construction site and the adherence to all agreements. We couldn't have wished for a better result and enjoy our beautiful new bathrooms every day. We can wholeheartedly recommend Hafner!

Professionally top notch, always friendly and correct. They will be my first point of contact in the future for any work related to the bathroom!

I reported a problem with our toilet flush at 8:00 a.m. today, and your competent technician arrived at 8:45 a.m., repaired everything perfectly, and explained everything in detail.
